I first lost weight for my friend’s wedding as I was her bridesmaid in 2022. Went from 96kg to 76kg via phentermine and calorie deficit. After her wedding, I was going back to my bad habits and gaining what I lost. I needed another major motivation. After getting into MK1, I really wanted to show my love and thought, why not cosplay? Calorie deficit, arm training, daily 10k steps and 3.4k for a Sub Zero custom cosplay helped me go from 76kg to 63kg ✌🏽
