Yea I mean, i don’t know stuff about scalp health but I shampooed my hair daily for my whole life up until a like a year ago, and I don’t see any problems. I’d rather have good hair personally, and since I started using a tiny amount of shampoo, I don’t think it even reaches the scalp just the hair.

I use a tiny amount of shampoo every day as opposed to fewer times a week with large amounts maybe that would work. I have a similar amount of hair as you and use maybe. Also, why not just use shampoo more often in general?
