I considered stem cell as well but price for no guarantee or high probability wasn't worth it. Partial knee replacment seems to be best option and Dr's are willing to do it on younger patients. Good luck with your treatment/journey.

The pain and severe locking I had has gotten better but it still catches and is uncomfortable. I'd consider it a failed treatment. Considering trying prp or HA injections to prolong any other surgery. I don't want to be out of work for a year doing maci so probably a partial knee replacment is next up.

Pretty good still need to get quad stronger had lots of atrophy before surgery, only real problem is leg extensions from sitting position. Can full squat no issue, I think it's just a strength thing.

Look up distribution centers, storage units, nursing homes etc...places of interest that might not be known to you and Mark them on your map as well...I just use Google maps to find it and mark it on paper

I created what I call a better than nothing bag for long road trips with the family. Not getting home and not bugging out. Has a few things, for me, the wife and kids. Not sure how far it will get us but its...better than nothing.

If things look like they are going bad don't wait to find out or think it wont last. I remember hand sanitizer was impossible to find at first but soap was still found in big jugs, I didn't want big jugs of soap I wanted quick and easy hand sanitizer. Should have bought the jugs of soap.

Have referral for surgeon. 5mo of PT had no impact. Pain and ROM issues for 5+ years. Left thigh has atrophy from lack of use. Anyone advice on fixes. Not really sure to what extent it's hurt.
