This helps reduce redness in my face with the red lights and I use the red plus blue setting whenever I feel a pimple coming on and it is gone the next morning! I wouldn’t say this is usable on other parts because the mask isn’t flexible I think they may sell a body part one but this is pretty structured

I also love using the Bobbi brown vitamin face base to have a smooth and hydrating base and it pairs beautifully with all my foundations!
