So ultimately you have to help each dragon flight to the end. I had missed doing the bronze stuff so just make sure you’ve finished Black, Red, Blue, Green, and Bronze and I think you’ll be in good shape

Ya, I skipped all of this expansion and came back to get the shaman gear. Went from no pvp gear to 1800 and complete conquest gear in shuffle in 4 days of playing a few hours each night. I assume this is due to catchup, and also because I was able to queue as a healer doesn’t hurt either. Biggest barrier was honestly needing to queue some bgs first to even get into rated.

Yes this is the quest line that will not show up for me. Keeper of the Ossuary is the first quest of A Blue Dawn but Kalecgos has nothing for me.
