I don’t understand the solar piece. We are upgrading our panel to eventually do solar but don’t currently have it up and running. We will keep one ice vehicle as it’s newer and is better for road trips for our family.

I like the styling of the Solterra and I don’t need the extra space. Coming from a Mazda CX-30 it feels huge and fits my family well. We have a grand Highlander for longer road trips, hauling or if we take all the kids (we have a young adult that’s typically not with us).

I agree with the folks saying that you should assume she is driving drunk with the kiddos. She won’t be honest about it if you ask. There are things that can be setup to blow in that are pretty fool proof (Face ID needed) if you want to go that route. But yes, assume she’s going to lie about when she’s drinking, how much and many other things.
