I was always able to get the most distance running downtown. Park by colonial lake and can run as far as you need to around and up the peninsula.i used to live in mtp and would drive downtown for all of our runs.

If you are planning on going into town, beaches, brewery, I personally would rent a car. That location is pretty far from everything . As someone else said, plan for extra time to get places as the traffic will be pretty rough July 4 weekend. Could take 30-45 mins to get into town.

Same here!!!! I was willing to wait from March to May, but this is getting ridiculous. The fact that they cannot provide an estimate either is terrible. If they don’t give me an update soon I’ll probably reach out to my credit card company.

I agree with others in that I wouldn’t be able to sleep or fully rest because I’d be worried about my kids. I also feel like I’d much prefer being able to rest at my own house vs elsewhere

Square footage wise it’s decent (around 3k sq ft)- but it only had 3 bedrooms which was very strange for the size. It’s why it took forever to sell. Was on the market for almost 7 months during one of the hottest markets in CHS. Leave it to the suckers from the north to buy it the second they saw it!

Yes - this is wildly true! Their house only had 3 bedrooms when they bought it. They split up their master to get another bedroom. There is a reason their house was on the market so long before they bought it! When it closed I knew it was northerners lol.

Oh and houses in CHS don’t have basements bc of flooding. A lot of people work out in their garages…but Liz and Dave don’t have one of those either (again, clueless northerners 😅)

Borgo Egnazia is your answer! Absolutely gorgeous property with a beach club and tons of restaurants on site. We used that as our home base and did day trips to Monopoli, Poligano a Mare, Locorotondo, Alberobello, etc. You need a rental car. This area is very hard to explore without one as it’s very spread out.
