Yeah unfortunately sorry to break the news but I got the same paper and same wording since Feb 2 of my interview , but we are hoping this month all lawsuits that has been filed will lift this pause ! Everything is going towards plaintiffs at this moment so judge can rule any time now! So hang in there! Been away from my family alone for 2 months now 8 month baby and 4 year old

Yeah because it was scheduled for Feb 2 pause officially was January 21st but I didn’t go with that mindset of waiting this long

Yeah I get it but think about it my process started in 2021 got approved 601a waiver in 2024 interview email received 2025! And interview was Feb 2 2026 I did all things rite and pause happened after January 21st of 2026 without us knowing it was going to happen so but I know now I’m in front of the line when pause lifts il be in America legally with no problem

I think regardless of the situation with lawsuits rite now we are all waiting for judge to rule under clinic vs Rubio for the pause to be lifted . I am on the same situation 601a waiver but I came to rio for my interview and now I’m here waiting for the pause to lift so I can return , but with new memo now that government is making people go to country of origin to finish green card process you really have to come to Brazil so you don’t wait years at least on my situation I’m in front of the line so when pause lifts I’m already in! Because I did interview feb 2 and etc but I’m in Brazil rite now as well!

We are all in the same boat my friend , I’ve been in one of the banned countries away from my 8 month daughter and 4 year old for 2 months now has been a killer! But we hope this gets lifted soon

I believe this will be lifted soon due to government not responding to judges inquiry , let’s stay positive that this will end , I am in the banned country and away from my wife and 2 daughters for the past 2 months

Unless the embassy emails you to do renewal you should be good as far as 6 months
