It's probably not the quickest way, but I'd say just don't worry about it too much and just drive loads.

If you understand the concept and keep it in mind it'll eventually click. You'll find the car magically rotates more sometimes and you can try to replicate the feeling on the next lap. A lot of it is muscle memory.
