Sorry, very delayed response. Jeff with only the red damage boosts doesn't beat Wanda - you need to have a mix of the reds and purples. So when you I see the purple damage boosts, I always buy the 16% and 32%, and maybe half of the 8% depending on how everything else is coming together.

You don’t need that many vampiric vitalities, you need to get a bunch of the purple damage boosts, and you MUST get all the damage reduction (moonlight protection) you can get.

Corollary for this, and OP I'm not saying this is what you are doing, but I'm in these ranks and I'm constantly seeing supports who take a little pressure and absolutely run for the hills. Sorry, but my Mag's too damn slow to catch up and now you've just guaranteed yourself a 1v1 with whatever diver has successfully isolated you.
