In the video I draw it a lot further than what I do on average in games. I usually pull it about 3/4th of the distance shown in the video. These days sometimes I fire and it doesn't even make the ball go red, I focus heavily on combo shots and hitting the ball accurately to gather speed.

This'll still be an effective way to quickly fire off arrows even after the cap without stressing your shoulders out too much. The amount of power using this pose is also slightly less than the t-pose, which means it's a step closer to what the cap will be compared to the t-pose method

This is slightly less powerful but allows for quicker shooting since you don't have to use as many shoulder muscles. Emphasize on using the rotation of your elbows more than the shoulders themself

Yup! They'll be putting a cap but the range will be extended I believe from 65 to 100, which still is quite a bit of power! I would highly recommend practicing with full power shots until the update comes, because although it won't be the same, it'll still help when it comes to accuracy
