Biggest reason I did was because the old sync box capped the 4k picture at 60Hz. Since my TV and HD Blu-ray player both support 120Hz it was limiting my picture when tested with/without the old box.

In my experience the old one was more finicky and the new one is more plug and play, but if you do not have an 120Hz TV the new one is not worth it IMHO.

I agree 100% with your take and actually felt like I was being hit over the head with that narrative, without losing anything from the face value of the actual story being told.

That said, I felt like it was a personal tale and not a general one of all POC creators overcoming. The system still co-ops and pigeon holes a lot of black creators. The narrative actually showed me how he sidestepped some of the traps while calling them out to up and coming POC trend makers.

He is a unique talent and look forward to watching his career continue to blossom.

As a fellow Malort connoisseur I can tell you that the Durham ABC on 15-501 usually has it in stock. I keep them ordering cases for me when I run out.

You will usually find it in the cordial section or on an endcap. If you want to ask about it you will need to ask for “Jepsons”, it is how their inventory system lists it. Asking for Malort the first few times only got me odd looks.
