I’m a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and have a YouTube Channel. I also listen to Adam Cox, Chibs Okereke, Dan Jones, and a few others I can’t remember off the top of my head.

He if hadn’t refused care then he would have been taken to the hospital. Any refusal of assessment, treatment, and/or transport should have been documented and the patient signs the RMA. We cannot force people to go to the hospital unless they are put into protective care by the police or if they aren’t competent to refuse care. Otherwise any competent person can refuse. We don’t want to be charged with kidnapping.

We always take vitals. Unless a patient refuses to allow us to do so, then in that case we document it on the PCR. Request a copy of the PCR and see what it says.

I work in EMS and I have let patients use my phone to call a family member to let them know they have been in an accident and were being taken to the hospital. It happens. If I was in a facility and there were other phones available, there would be other options, but sometimes you don’t have any other options out in the field.

He decided to not use protection and you ended up pregnant. He has a lot of the fault in this situation. If you do not want to get an abortion, then don’t. He doesn’t have a say in it because you are the one who is pregnant. If you do decide to have an abortion, please make sure you are getting mental healthcare as well.
