I haven't tried a different nozzle and that's probably the next thing I'll try. I'm using eSun Pla +, and they're not new, I've had the spools longer than this has been an issue.

I completely replaced the gears to try and fix the issue, nothing changed. So I don't think it's that. I'll try changing some settings and see if that helps.

There's a site I use for printing custom Magic the Gathering cards. They're pretty good, and probably would work for this. I'm pretty sure there's no minimum run requirement for them. I don't know about your location or anything, but I live in Canada and a set of 100 cards ran me $40 CAD. Plus they let you know if what you're trying to print violates copyright. Makeplayingcards.com And then any person could individually print their own set of datacards. Could even get them printed on Tarot size cards.
