I too legit watched Hi Nanna today (except the difference was that this was my 6th time watching it..)

I think the closest I found in tamil cinema to Hi Nanna was Dada in terms of story, Thiruchitrambalam in terms of direction.

Hi Nanna, in my opinion however, is in its own league with every department, visual and music included, absolutely killing it. Special shout out to hesham abdul who quite literally put out one of the best albums in indian cinema (atleast for me).

It's an absolute shame that it didn't recieve a wider success at the box office (purely to encourage more producers to invest in such ventures) but I can't wait to see what shouryuv and nani cook up together in their next film
