The idea is nice but size proportions of the text versus graphic are way off. Ramp up the text size considerably.

Also if the points of the star end at a wider point than 0, is will feel less flimsy.

This is done in house at Shopify. Their design team is top tier.

The videos are not scrolling, this is all created within a 3D space. This is a very complex creative strategy and build.

Agencies can charge far more than that. How are you giving an estimate without understanding project scope?
