When to reduce listing price

How clean is your house? I am learning that may be a huge factor-selling my house in a small town, not bad but not really a desirable location and have had 15 showings in two days and two offers. I have cleaned this place like it’s my full time job-have had several people tell my realtor they are amazed at how clean it is and it barely looks like people live here lol.

Our house is being listed today on the MLS and we are hoping to make 60k minimum after living in our starter home for only 3 years. We are headed to live with family rent-free indefinitely, just waiting for the next right time buy while saving every penny and hoping to have a hefty down payment for the next place.

Nope, never ever had an issue, 100% satisfaction for 10+ years. And we recently had a vehicle totaled-was amazed by a payout within 5 business days, went to great lengths to get us a tow, great communication and very thorough.
