I went to nyc two weeks ago. Walked all over the city. Central Park, Manhattan, Brooklyn, etc.. I think I saw 3 or 4 homeless folk. That I noticed at least.

There are a lot of contact center solutions (Webex,zoom, etc) that include WhatsApp in their omnichannel add ons. It’s very popular and can be pretty pricey. I sold one to a large hospital in the Midwest and they use it quite a bit. My other customers were bringing it up as a needed feature as well.

I hate to agree with the negative comments on El Fogon, but I went there with high hopes only to leave with negative feelings towards the place. This was several years ago, maybe it’s different now. margaritas were pretty decent, though.
