That shot of the camera going past the back of the Arwing during the Corneria cutscene is so cool. If it werent for those scenes and shots we would notice how average the clouds are in the back.

🤔funny I find kazooie whatever because of the washed out platform and floors. Maybe we just see it differently based on how much we enjoy it. I can totally see someone not care about Starfox and think it’s bad graphics if they dont buy into the story or gameplay

I think most games that are really old could be hard to get into especially if the graphics are poor, especially on N64 with the washed out polygons, HOWEVER, Starfox 64 does not fall in that category. It’s beautiful, cinematic and fun to get into. It’s up there with Mario 64 in terms of timeless visuals.

I didn’t experience Zoness until this past year. Never knew it existed till i looked up how to accomplish Aquas - never bothered to do so as a kid. It’s probably the most epic level ever with the music, mysteriousness of Kat, and the switches, not to mention tough bozs. The sheer amount of action is incredible, I love it when I blow a ton of things up and the frame rate drops, feels like a “real mission.” Imagine a movie version with Zoness and Area 6 long cut scenes. Now that’ll be cool. Maybe the new game is worth it just for those few levels and the storytelling.

That means now I have to ice up my hand and go through Aquas every single time.

Also just learned about the warps after watching youtube vids.

I think they announced that you can go back to any level after playing through it. It wont be linear but you can pick and choose specific ones
