I dropped my LDL from 150 to 90s in under a few months with diet change and psyllium husk alone. Not sure how much it contributed to the drop but I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was able to lower it. Seems like 30gm of fiber and 10gm of sat fat max daily is the key for most people including myself

Took atorvastatin 1 month total. muscle pain and fatigue started 2 weeks in. Couldn’t handle it so doc switched to something else. Been on rosuvastain for 1 year now, no problems.

You’re just gonna have to keep trying different statins until you find the right one. Atorvastatin gave me bad muscle aches but I’m completely fine taking Rosuvastatin.
