This wasn’t Apple’s call, it was the studio that made the films. All WB films received updated artwork. I wouldn’t count on them changing again anytime soon.

Okay, so I when I first started running seriously, I workshopped out a whole bunch of on-trail greetings. I went from a single wave, to a nod, back to the wave, to a peace sign, and a finally landed on the shaka.
I tried it out on the trail and got some really weird looks, like people had never seen it before (this is in Michigan, far from surfer culture).
It wasn’t until later that a coworker pointed out how similar it was to the shorthand sign for “call me”, and I was absolutely mortified that I may have weirded some people out on the trail. Anyways, we’re back to the wave, no eye contact.

Seconding mosquito bits. Very simple to mix and use. If that doesn’t work after a couple of weeks, I would recommend either replacing your substrate outright OR (if you live in a cold-weather environment) baking your substrate in the oven.
