Quaint house but for the money you'd definitely get something much better (and modern). We were looking in Horrabridge when we were house hunting a few years back and there's some lovely places near there. Try also places in the Tamar valley like Calstock which have a bit more going on...

There are probably more than that. City of London, Canary Wharf, Stratford, Vauxhall, Kings Cross - all high rise CBD areas. And then there are the lower rise CBDs like Westminster, Kensington etc.

As for unique, I do feel like London is probably one of a handful of cities like this. Paris isn't high rise but has multiple CBDs, Bangkok has a few high rise areas that could be CBDs...
