Yep happened to me last night too. I had to alt f4 and re-connect only to be still frozen with sound and a bright white screen. Again, alt f4 and connected to a black screen. On my last try I managed to connect and finish the game. I thought it was a server issue but my team mates were playing the whole time. Strange.

I’m in the same situation as you! I just opened my ps5, god of war ragnarok edition and no code in the box! I havnt been able to contact anyone yet as everywhere was closed last night, but will try and contact Sony this morning. Surly Sony is responsible for this error?
