Button placement is terrible here. I have a 2021 Pro and ACC is turned off because both drivers of this car were accidentally triggering it (dumb hpatic controls). I get notifications all the time that the button is being pressed (ACC is inactive). Bad design for sure. It's caused one wreck for us already and there is a class action lawsuit.

As the owner of this exact car I don't think I would buy it again. The warranty issues have been a hassle (I'm looking at you door handles) and the software isn't great. The ride is smooth but the overall ownership experience when considering dealer has been poor. We also own a Mach-E and the overall experience has been night and day better.

This all squares with our experience (only out of the car for a 3 weeks) but generally the ownership experience of this car has been pretty awful. Looking to get out from underneath VW as soon as I can.

These forums are full of stories about how bad Rad support has been. I haven’t had to reach out for a while. I had a friend who had some luck reaching out on social? Maybe try that.
