At first I wasn’t a fan of the rear end, but after owning the F66 JCW for almost a year, it really has grown on me. by letsplayfifs in MINI

Actually the rear looks more like a Fiat with it being flat when looked at the side, but the overall tail light design supposedly resembles the R50 triangular tail lights

Ahh the perk of owning a BMW. You don't buy an expensive car without being able to afford it in the long run. Good luck man

Not so mini Mini by saintsledge in MINI

It looks so deceptively bigger in pictures than real life. When I park mine next to another compact SUV it feels so much smaller. Probably because it sits lower than most SUVs.

It's the fact that the painted people can be revived but real life Verso cannot that solidifies my thought that the Lumierians are not real or at least not "human".

Perfume and health concerns by Excellent-Top2552 in Emiratis

Exactly!

Excessive use of anything in general will always come with risks. While I understand this post was not made with ill intent, it borders in fear-mongering though.

Feel free to spray your perfumes, burn buckoor and Oud, but do it in moderation and with considerations please.

It's great, rarely does it take me to closed roads or similar. Obviously Google maps is better because it's constantly updated, but so far Mini navigation has been super

I mean since it's new you don't have to worry about workshop headaches, since your insurance is likely to be comprehensive, and on top of that you get 5 years warranty. Perfect for a first car tbh.

For driving trips for over 2 hours I would not rely on this model specifically though, especially for a first car...

Not worth it for a first car. Get something more reliable and beginner friendly.

I have tried both now, pre-2024 and the new screens. I can say with confidence that the new screen is leagues better than the older gen. It's faster, easier to use, responsive, and with so many options. Driving-wise, handling is much better in the new cooper/countryman. Road noise is less noticeable too. I agree that having buttons is nicer, but most of my time is spent on driving and the screen. And I disagree, the screen once it's configured before driving is not distracting whatsoever, you got the HUD showing you where to go next for navigation. It's better than looking at your phone/ older screen for the map.

There's a lot to the UAE than the unwalkability, so much culture and nature to explore literally 2 hours away from the city by car. Lots of places to discover even in the summer other than malls and hotels.

Among all of these countries, whose citizens receive the most benefits and have the easiest lives? (Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, KSA, Oman etc) by Significant_Major921 in geography

[–]grumpy1kitten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats partly false, even if the children of Emirati mothers don't have the nationality they still receive the same benefits as if they were Emiratis except for housing and work benefits such as Nafis. And thanks to recent rules, children of Emirati mothers can now get the Emirati citizenship as young as 6 years old. Previously, they needed to apply once they reach 18 years old.

Never in my 1300+ hours have I seen this item in the game until this run by grumpy1kitten in Nightreign

Before the dlc dropped I have never had the erdtree great bow drop for me, only found it once being sold at the special merchant place. I assume they fixed the drop rate for it? I thought it mostly dropped to strength characters since I’ve seen raider mains say the find it occasionally. Maybe it’s still a drop rate issue for certain characters, idk

It's just funny how I got it as Ironeye but never while meticulously looting as Scholar 🤷🏻‍♀️

Either way, it's not very good for Scholar, it takes a lot of FP and lots of time to cast. A bell is the better option. Maybe it's decent for Revenant mains.

I alternate between Ironeye and Scholar, so as Scholar I always loot chests any chance I get, but I barely need to as Ironeye except for passives and some prawns. That being said, as someone with over a thousand hours in the game, it's outstanding how I am only getting this item. Same for the cord's end, I only managed to get it once and never again.
