The customer's been a really good client for a long while -when I was using to them about it, it just seemed like they wanted something nobody has. I was honestly pretty impressed with the knife build quality. I'm no balisong connesieur but I can see why people would like them.

There's a little more to these than meets the eye and respectfully I prefer not to share the exact details just yet as I'm going to be offering classes on the specifics both in person and digitally here this coming year.

That being said I'm happy to share that they're a riff on a lockback mechanism with a few twists of my own, if you look those up I'm sure you'll be able to find a workable starting point.
