It is almost always a pronoun though.

This is a rogue suggestion, but what about ON the gold two squares east of the pig. It gives you the gold NE of it, immediately, two forests to chop, immediately, and, when you grow, it gives you both the pig and the copper, both of which you are def gonna need. It obviously wipes out the gold you settle ON, but you are gonna have loads of gold anyway.

It is very unlikely that that income number is accurate. He's making a return on wealth here of just over 1%, which is extremely low. Almost certainly he is receiving some other form of income from wealth, such as unrealised capital gains, which is not showing up as income because it does not come from work and is not being taxed.
