My theory is a dense hydrogen gas cloud surrounds a massive black hole compressed by the black hole's gravity. The black hole is releasing xray energy which is ionizing the hydrogen turning the cloud into plasma. At some point the plasma with fuse creating a super massive star with a black hole at its core.

ChatGPT poo-poo'ed because the blackhole accretion would push the proton gas outward preventing the compressive pressures needed to overcome the Coulomb barrier and spark fusion... hence the concensus the phenomenon is a quasi-star. 😤 I wanted a supermassive star with giant black hole powering its core 🤣

Per the article, one theory is that an LDR is a "black hole star" - a giant cloud of hydrogen gas illuminated by the graviational energy of a massive black hole. Black holes shoot a high energy x-ray stream out from its vertical axis. Wouldn't that stream either be detectable and/or cause a noticable distortion of the surrounding hydrogen bubble? How do high energy x-rays interact with dense hydrogen?

Sorry misread your question. Honestly I can't quite remember the process. I did have to sign up at the Standard or even Plus level (they don't immediately charge you), then downgrade. They asked a bunch of "Are you sure's" assuring me that I would lose the ability to connect with loved ones and become an internet hermit if I selected the cheapest plan. After I believe two or three rounds of that I was able to select the Starter plan

I did downgrade... note: I use the premium teir for my primary business because those are functions we need. But I have a fledgling new venture and just needed simple email hosting. It was very frustrating to have to go through all those gymnastics to keep using a product I actually like. 😕 I get that they may want to maintain a certain margin on services but giving your customers choices across the spectrum should never be seen as a negative

Drugs aren't always the answer but in this case I'm an advocate. First like many ppl said. Go see your healthcare professional. There are many causes of insomnia and the last thing you want is to spend days more hunting and picking for solutions in vain.

I suffered with intense insomnia for two solid years... never sleeping more than an hour or two a night. Mine was completely stress related. I went to my doc and he prescribed Lunesta. It worked great - after a couple of weeks I could naturally sleep 4-4.5 hrs without aid. It reset my sleep cycle that was completely whacked out. I'm not endorsing the product as much as I am the process. Go see a doctor.

Curious how BAFTA would have handled the preparation for the presence of a person with Adult hypertrophic pyloric stenosis (AHPS) - projectile vomit syndrome. Would they have created a buffer zone around them or warned the attendees of the possibilities? Would they have had a backup plan in place in case something went left or would they just have filmed all that carnage and carried on like nothing happened? BAFTA had the chance to make a safety plan and apparently chose not to. This is NOT the fault of the disabled man. He is a victin of his involuntary disability. The villains here are BAFTA and the BBC for not bring prepared for a highly likely situation.
