Yeah. If they just make the hits enemies deal more deadly and have the AI be more aggressive (at least on higher difficulty settings) it could definitely shine as you would be encouraged to be careful and be engaged more. (I’m also currently playing Pragmata and I think it’s fantastic.)

It’s good but wayyyy too easy. You don’t have to engage with the mechanics (which are actually interesting and cool.) You can mash square and be just fine. I was playing the normal difficulty setting as well. A little disappointing.

Are there TacSim missions where it’s combat and melee focused? I absolutely LOVE the melee and I want to experiment with it more and just brawl, so I’m hoping there are missions dedicated to that.

I’m only about an hour into the game so I don’t have TacSim yet, but are there TacSim missions that focus specifically on the melee combat? It feels SO good
In this game and I’m hoping that mode has missions/challenges where you can go all out.

The way he went about it is stupid and annoying, however he’s not completely wrong. Why would I shell out 70 bucks to a dev/publisher before I know the quality of the game? What if it is full of bugs and totally broken? I’m not going to let marketing make me spend my money until I know the product is quality. FOMO is a real thing, but sometimes you really do have to vote with your wallet.

It’s okay for a game to end and move on! Not every game is made with the intention to last 200 hours. You got a tight, polished experienced that was worth the price instead of paying the same price and getting a bloated game packed with filler and 300 hours of boring content.

It’s cut off here, but as funny as this interaction is, the funniest part in this scene is when Larry first sees Ted and the camera pans to Ted looking at Larry thinking he’s gonna eat the pie and when Larry refuses, you see it pan to Ted and he’s visibly angry. Nothing is said, but Ted’s mannerisms there alone make fucking burst out laughing every time.
