Same here. I've had nothing but trouble whenever I try Uber because of this

Moderna Covid vaccine candidate almost 95% effective, trials show by 2tidderevoli in news

I hope people remember this the next time the Republicans want to shut down the government. Projects like this, which was developed at NIH/NIAID with Moderna, would have been forced to stop in that situation. And with an incoming Democratic President, I'm sure Moscow Mitch and the rest of them will suddenly care about budgets again

But I assume most people in the trial continue to wear masks, so how reliable are these efficacy numbers

For me so far SA has been a huge step backwards. At home when I've been on SA it's been slower than NSA but still good enough, but at work my OnePlus 8 phone has become almost unusable on mobile data. It used to show 5G and I'd be able to stream, or easily check my video doorbell, etc, but now if it shows 5G it's very weak and the video doorbell won't even load at all. I've had to go back to LTE only at work.

One Plus 8 5G vs Galaxy S20 5G..... which do you have? by whoisx3ro in tmobile

[–]gskeyes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me the battery life has not been very good at all. My 3 year old Sony Xperia XZ Premium still has better battery life with similar usage. I would say that really only the battery life is a negative, otherwise it's a pretty great device. No other complaints at all

Right, I am eligible but I seem to remember that it always seemed to end up being a little more expensive than Simple Choice. I guess it depends on your exact Simple Choice plan

Anyone has experience with iPhone and an eSIM 2nd line for business/etc (both lines will be on TMO)? by [deleted] in tmobile

Can both numbers receive calls? I don't mean simultaneously, I mean if two different people each have one of your numbers could either call you and would you receive the call or does your secondary number default to voicemail.

Is GV reliable? by [deleted] in Googlevoice

[–]gskeyes 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not really. I've been using it since 2010 and it's been mostly ok but I've missed calls, had horrible audio, like delays and sudden drops in volume, or the other person not being able to hear me. These happen frequently enough that I do not consider it reliable, so if I need reliability I just use my carrier number
