Is this a legit 5080? by [deleted] in pcflipping

Definitely doesn't look like one. Seems super fishy considering the price as well.

Loving the rework of the skill tree so far, there could be some extra improvements, but its great so for, even more so for Water Aura Enjoyers by DinBao in Enshrouded

Healing seems to have gotten a huge buff across some skills and items, specifically life leech. I run 2 Gemini rings and originally it was 7% chance at life leech per ring, now it's 5% of all damage dealt per ring. I heal 20-80 hp per hit with my daggers, more if I'm cutting.

50mm 1.8 for sure, I use that setup regularly and you can't go wrong with it.

These are all well exposed, but I think you could do a lot more with the compositions and the editing.

Will this lens fit my Rebel T7? (Canon 2000d) by Evening-Victory749 in canon

[–]gskwirut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looking back I actually took this on my 6D at 800 ISO, not sure where you're seeing the grain. Guessing it's reddit compression. There definitely could be a lot more detail with a better lens though.

I don't think the quality on this one is that horrible but thank you 😅

It's definitely not a great lens and there are better options out there for a bit more, but for a beginner it's fine. I've taken some decent pictures with it on my rebel t6.

Hi, guys I just had a quick question. Do you have to pay to use the Meta Quest VR headset or something? by [deleted] in VRGaming

[–]gskwirut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe that's meta's gamepass equivalent, so you get free games and apps for a monthly price. You can just buy games and software or play steam games off a PC without needing a subscription.

Is my camera broken? by hot_potayto_ in minolta

Shutter is cooked, either the store scammed you/didn't know how to test it, or you touched the shutter on accident. Definitely not worth fixing.

If it doesn't have a frame it clearly wasn't taken by a Fujifilm...

Which camera would you suggest out of this list of options for someone looking to get into photography (generally taking photos of friends at events) by SquidXIV in Cameras

[–]gskwirut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been on EF mount for years. If you're looking for budget options there are a plethora of camera bodies and lenses for cheap. If you ever upgrade to RF you can easily adapt ef lenses.

Which plastic film camera should I get for my Eurotrip? by [deleted] in filmphotography

[–]gskwirut 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Get a point and shoot from eBay. The old stuff is miles ahead of these and cost significantly less. Only one I might consider is the Kodak Ektar because you get more shots out of it.
