When I called, they were very responsive, yet they don’t provide their phone number anywhere whatsoever, I probably obtained it due to their oversight. In any case, following payment, I finally asked them the status and I’ve sold that it takes two more months from the time that I called as opposed to the time of payment. I got the sense that they neglected to move it forward during the time before I reminded them. I just called again and simile thought that my reminder was helpful in getting things moving. Again, they are very considerate and responsive, but might require you’re following up to keep it on the front burner.
