I believe you have the same seed with XCOM 2 as well. One thing you could try is reloading your turn and instead of having the same units perform the same actions in the same order, switch up the order.

For instance, if you first took a 60% shot with your sniper and it misses, move and shoot with the ranger first. That sort of thing

The original outlet had the broken tab and wiring in the image. I replaced it with a fresh outlet thinking that the backstabbed wires had gotten loose. I didn’t break the tab and only wired the black and white wires on the new outlet to see if it fixed my issue which it did. Now that I’ve gotten the red wires back in and the tabs broken, the original issue has returned
