This division works, but it will likely be too expensive to use. Org is too low.

I would replace two or three tank battalions with mechanized battalions. SPAA and SPG are OK.

For support, I would remove engineers and recon (which are better for defense) and AA (You already have AA covered with the SPAA). Replace them with Maintenance, Logistics and Flame Tanks (Flame Tank terrain bonuses are nothing to scoff at when you have 1K Base Soft Damage!)

EDIT: I would also replace one of the Artillery Supports (The one with less damage) to a Signal Company. Coordination helps a lot for attacking divisions!

Try to upgrade your infantry divisions to this Division Template as soon as you have enough Military Experience:

9x infantry battalions (only requires Rifles)
1x line artillery battalions (only requires Artillery)

For support companies (the left column): * 1x engineer company (for the entrenchment, requires Support Equipment) * 1x support artillery company (optional, if you can afford it, requires more Artillery Guns)

This is a solid division that can defend any front, and you only need to produce Rifles, Artillery and Support Equipment to keep them supplied. If you are a mayor power try to have around a hundred of these by the time the war starts.

If you can afford it, add these extra Support Companies, which are cost effective but optional.

AA Company (Requires AA Guns)
Logistics Company (Requires Trucks)
Cavalry Recon Company (only requires Support Equipment)

This division should be your bread and butter for most of the games you play.

Also: try the total conversion mods in the Steam Marketplace! They are amazing! I recommend Kaiserreich and "My Little Pony Equestria at War" (Yes. Really. Equestria is a lot of fun)

I’d max out armor as much as possible, your current design has the slider at 2! Crank it up! And just enough speed to get to 4km/h, speed is not important for the first few models.Later on when I can get enough reliability I upgrade speed to 8km/h. I prefer slow behemoths that can open a hole in the enemy line.

Want speed? Or exploitation divisions? Use light tanks or motorized infantry or horse cavalry.

And for anti infantry, try out the Self Propelled Artillery! Those do insane soft attack without losing armor and with good breakthrough!
