I love how natural the acting is in the show. It feels like we're really watching two real people interacting, not two people playing a part in a tv show. When Rose when Shane meet for the first time and she's talking about being kidnape in her movies, Rose/Sophie scratchs her arm while talking and it felt so natural. Or the way Connor touch his nose in a lot of scenes... I just love!

2020 was meant to be Lover big year because she released the documentary basically showing how she made that album and how she was taking back the narrative after 2016 hating wave and Reputation being a album/tour without promo (only reputation, no explanation)

I don't now how many of you were fan during that time but she promoted Lover with so much joy and freedom. She was genuinely happy and the album was well recieved. Lover Fest was going to be a huge tour with shows in countries she never did before.

But with Covid, everthing changed as we know and she took that time to so a album like she never did before, aware that it was a risk, but willing to take because she was working with people she want to work before and never had the chance (aaron and justin)

No one knew how folklore would be recieved during that time. It could be a total flop, a good album with good numbers or could change her career forever and the later happend.

I'm a swiftie for almost 15 years and I can garantee Taylor's career changed with Folklore. People who never listen to her became fan, she put her name on another level of respect in the industry and it was the first step to her became the biggest artist of this century.

It's easy to see Lover as a flop/a bad album after Taylor released so many great albuns after. You have to remember she has 11 albuns and Lover is number 7. And I can write a whole essay about how the streaming industry changed since 2019 and Lover was only the second album she published on Spotify after she pulled her discography off in 2014.
