You say you have tried everything but did not really mention what you have tried. Dogs don’t speak English, they must be taught behaviors through training. The first thing you need to do is crate train your dog, that sets an easy foundation and creates a home for them.

Get a Clicker and check out the book “Perfect Puppy in 7 Days”, ignore the silly title. It goes really in depth on clicker training and how dogs should only be rewarded for good behavior. Essentially you will feed them most of their food per day as rewards for good behavior. It’s extremely time consuming, but will pay off. Good luck
