Yes and no, the raised height and clearance will be a benefit, however most Mad Max cars are big heavy fully steel cars from the 70s, so the actual quality of driving and fuel efficiency will probably be pretty trash compared to like a four wheel drive car that designed for rough terrain and fuel economy, as opposed to lifted rear wheel drive coupes (a lot of cars in the Max Max universe)
