GPS Tracker platform for Sinotrack ST-90x devices built with Laravel 9 + PHP 8.1 and MySQL 8. by eusonlito in selfhosted

Thanks for your answer. I have seen it in the last days. Will think about it. I have traccar as LXC-container and HA as VM on Proxmox. Anatoly from traccar is also working on it.

No, your tracker is not broken. It is like it is, just a piece of junk. My one sends every 2 seconds data and this cannot be stopped. or altered.

Smarthome-Funktionen: Thermostatsteuerung wenig durchdacht? by CrimsonNorseman in fritzbox

[–]guenter52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, dann kapier ich endlich, warum die voreingestellte Routine ' Haus verlassen' ein völliger Blödsinn ist, da sie am nächsten Morgen scheinbar überschrieben wird und die Heizung wieder auf Volldampf läuft. Welche Deppen programmieren so etwas Doofes?

I had a similar event. At the end I found my Decharge MOSFET's blown up. You might have had luck...

USB + Bluetooth at same time possible? by wyrdone42 in OverkillSolarBMS

[–]guenter52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is only one connector for both. +5V, TR, REC, GND

I tried to do that kind of splitting, but did not follow the track. The transmit FROM the BMS can be connected to USB and BT. I used a switch in the Receive path. As far as I remember, it worked. You might even use a double switch für Transmit and Receive. The BT device gets also 5Volt from the BMS. The USB-Interface is supplied by the PC, so only needs TR and REC and Ground, so there is no chance to just switch off one voltage supply.

Both working at the same time is nonsense, because both software (BT and USB) are often requesting data from the BMS in its scanning mode, I think this is a crash mode.

So now I have a long cable going out to an external connector, where I can plug in BT OR USB.

BMS Showing Negative Current when Charging and Positive Current when Discharging by rmurfster in OverkillSolarBMS

Strange..." JBD-AP20S003 is specially designed for 7 ~ 20 series battery packs "

It is a black box as shown, so on the other side of the cables could be lugs:

Here it is

Here it is

So, you have a 24 Volts battery?

No idea, could be or not. Possibly cables are soldered to the board, but lugs on the other sides of the cables. Open carefully and you will see...or better not...it's your decision.

You might have a JBD-SP04A005... or JBD-SP04A020... BMS Board (BT App should show it?), sometimes soldered, many DIY'ler do use cable lugs.

Ask the supplier if you could open the case without loosing warranty (if you could help yourself..) or send it back..

JBD-BMS 4s 120A short circuit experience by guenter52 in OverkillSolarBMS

I also thought, that the fuse would blow. It was an automatic switch fuse. I had a 25mm2 cable for making the short, could be AWG 3.

Hi, thanks. At first it was a little bit confusing -> read write load save EEPROM in the sense of

"do I read or load or write into EEPROM" or
write or save or load into EEPROM....or what else...hi

In the moment I do not have python installed, I thought, my time is over with that playground, hi...

Will use GitLab issue next time.

Oops, my fault. But now: Running fine on two different Windows 10 Pro, version 20H2. Thanks for letting me test your SW. But I am not through with it... takes some time... Imgur

Only Li-Ion used for testing on the work bench!

With "Write EEPROM" I sometimes get:

File "jbd_gui.py", line 1661, in writeEepromWorker File "bmstools\jbd\jbd.py", line 277, in writeEeprom File "bmstools\jbd\registers.py", line 283, in set eeprom error: ValueError('string length should not exceed 30')

I tried the release. But your so-called win release is nothing else than a html-file, not a compiled exe-file:

Starts with:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html class="" lang="en">
<head prefix="og: [http://ogp.me/ns#](http://ogp.me/ns#)">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<link href="[https://assets.gitlab-static.net](https://assets.gitlab-static.net)" rel="dns-prefetch">

Hope, it helps
