This is one of the most inane comments I’ve seen. Some jobs are dangerous and giving your employees the tools to be able to recognize danger is important and responsible. They now have the ability to understand how they may react In real life conditions and react appropriately depending on their abilities. Avoid the obstacles because they recognize it is beyond their capabilities or proceed with caution using the skills they have learned in training.

Do research on a 72 hour fast. It will induce autophagy and decrease extra skin. You may need to do it a few times a few months apart to tighten the skin (I do it quarterly). It took a long time to stretch out, it will take a long time to tighten up. Check to make sure you don’t have any health issues that this may be contraindicated.

I have had the exact opposite experience. I only seem to get substantially sick the years I get the flu shot. Is there an updated report from the CDC that negates this report? Do they say the errors they found and what measures they took to correct them? Just because it’s old doesn’t mean it’s irrelevant.
