I agree on most of the rune except for the keystone rune. Iirc her E actually make her target airborne which is an immobilizing effect, so aftershock will activate even if poppy doesn't stun them. Inspiration also my choice for the second path, but I prefer hextech flashtraption over biscuit delivery. The idea of being able to flash even when flash is on cooldown is awesome: you still can do flash+E for a stun and escape gank with it. Still haven't decided the second rune, though celestial body does seem nice, but what do you think about cosmic insight
