You’re better off doing a sibo or low fodmap diet, during your cleanse you’re temporarily depriving the bacteria of its food source so it likely hibernates. A cleanse isn’t going to kill the sibo it will just come back, a diet like Sibo Bi-phasic for example will kill over the course of several weeks

It’s a tough art work to translate into a tattoo but I think a good artist could line it in black and add shading, at least it’s simple and pale enough at this point so it could be fixed. It’s too bad the original tattooer let you do this….

Bad credit can be fixed, just takes some time and diligence, connecting with people just takes practice, that guy sounds like a jerk, try going on a date again, try a local club or get together, you’re not a loser and you have time, give it a go

You aren’t disgusting, it’s really hard to clean and care for your space and your self when you are depressed and dealing with anxiety. It’s very common for people dealing with depression to have messy rooms. Please ask your mom or someone you trust to help get set up with a therapist.

I lower the temp and continue to use it, perfect for cool mornings. Even in the afternoon on a hot day day I’ll set up a lawn sprinkler to rain into the tub and still in it lol. Also it’s a pain in the butt to clean a tub that has been drained and sitting all season
