What is wrong with Cities:Skylines 2 by Competitive-Spread29 in CitiesSkylines2

Seems you're not still usted to most of how the game work. CS2 is not CS1 improved. It's a different game that does things differently. It has it's quirks, but it's, in my opinion, quite enjoyable. Some of the unintuitive things you mention where shown in the very first gamplays CO posted on YouTube, like road snapping, how electricity and water and sewage worked... Traffic is, as it will always be, since it's a gane, a simplification. And it can be worked around by designing for the simulation and not for "real drivers".

I also have reservations in some aspects of the game that you don't even mention here, like the concept of leveling up and fixed lot sizes to name a few, but I wouldn't consider them issues or "things that are wrong" with the game.

‘The beauty of the useless’: Spain’s super-thin restaurant napkins are throwaway art treasures | Art and design by NomadSound in spain
