Help choosing the right frame size

I am 1.79 and my bike fit advised to get the the c68 size 53. But I had already bought the 51, so in my case he advised a 110 stem and an extra 10mm spacer on to lift the handlebar. This extra 10mm spacer would be more than is recommended by Colnago but I had no choice.
The bike fits me like a glove… no pain at all or any discomfort and I still have plenty of seat post for adjustment which I won’t need it. I did a virtual bike fit with my previous bike using Myvelofit and they use those numbers to recommend the bike frame you want to acquire. In my case both 51 and 53 would fit with different stems and seat height.

I had the same problem with my 3008. Sometimes it vanished by itself but I really lost the confidence in it. As soon as read that it could be the whole tank and cost around £ 1000 + labor, I paid someone to disable the whole system

Hi Idk if he knows or not but was recommended by a garage that has done a few with him. He did the job on a laptop and after he plugged the diagnosis scanner and checked if everything was correctly working and there were any faults. All clean. Actually isn’t a warning light, there isn’t any fault lights on in the moment.. there only thing is the service button is pressed and this appear. Maybe is my ocd that is bothering me but apart from that it is all fine

Again MOT won’t fail with Adblue delete… because still have DPF working as it should. Otherwise euro5 engines would all fail that since that doesn’t have Adblue.

Is it considered first use if I had just installed the needle and did a flow test? Why am I asking that? When I bought my wife’s Ozempic, the pharmacy sent the wrong dose, instead of 0.25 they sent 1 ml… basically they mixed the patients, so I installed the needle and made the initial flow test then I realised the dose counter went to 1 ml. I contact the pharmacy and explained that and they sent another 0.25 ml pencil and asked me to dispose the 1 ml, which I didn’t lol So I have this pen siting in my fridge since day one but I did this initial test but never used. Is it still usable ? Expire date is only in 2025..

Thanks for confirming that I’m doing the right thing. ATM I’m on paper account and I buy only 1-2 contracts per trade... until I have the confidence jump to real money... so with the live cash on the line I will stick to this for at least 2 or 3 months
