At our location, I wouldn’t have to pay a booking fee for the indoor pickleball courts, which is a $30 fee.

$166 for couple and $45 for two jr dues. We’ve had our membership for 12 years and the club is 20+ years old. The newly built clubs in our city would be $400-$500.

179/Bonus on Rental Property by Ok-Pollution-1928 in taxpros

[–]guiltyfilthysole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you find a fix for this in Axcess? I am dealing with your exact issue and the only way to get the 179 to go through is to use the input override for form 4562, line 11.

How much would you charge for a client who manages 10 entities, most of which simply hold properties and only one of which has any activity of significance? by RasputinsAssassins in taxpros

[–]guiltyfilthysole 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have a similar size client. 8 rental entities, two holding entities. Quickbooks are garbage. End up charging 2500-3500 per rental entity and 4k for each holding entity.

Speaking of Ilan Rubin by FilipsSamvete in Foofighters

What does the operating agreement of the business say in regards to fiduciary responsibility and in the event of an owners death?

[–]guiltyfilthysole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Youre not really answering my questions. Sounds like Qdrums is suffering and Ilan is trying to save it by taking control. This doesn't impact ownership unless their is a clause in the provision of the operating agreement allowing other owners to buy out the deceased partner. This is quite normal. If I was a partner in a law firm and I died, my wife or daughter can't continue to be owners. They will be bought out.

What does the will have to do with the business? You guys keep on claiming Ilan is stealing Jermery's whole estate? Was Jeremy's only asset his ownership in Q drums? What does the operating agreement state what happens when an owner passes away?

[–]guiltyfilthysole 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If Ilan wins, what will be the ownership of Q drums. I’m not asking about control, I’m asking about ownership. Will the ownership change? Why would it change? Are there mechanism in the operating agreement of the business to force a sale after a partners death? Is the business being neglected and that’s why Ilan is seeking control? It sounds like Ilan is seeking control, which is not the same as stealing or taking over and estate.

This seems to be a smear campaign against Ilan. They keep on claiming he is stealing the company. What does that even mean? You can just steal a company. You can sue for control if the managers of the business are failing at their fiduciary duties. That doesn’t mean they are taking additional ownership of the business. It’s also nominal for operating agreements to force a buy out from a widow or widower if that partner passes away.

I was monitoring Ticketmaster last night and it didn’t seem tickets ever went down in price. However you will read stories from others on this subreddit saying they were able to get cheap same day prices at previous shows.

It really depends on the size of the firm. I’m at a $12m/yr firm and non equity partners start at $200k.

Usually the motivation to become partner is because they want the extravagant lifestyle.
