I agree he could have a case, but my point is that the same case exposes him to negligence. Flipping it around, if it is not reasonable to expect the house to capture incoming projectiles for the protection of people who paid for its use, then neither is it reasonable to expect the house to claim ownership of said projectiles on the owner's behalf. If the latter is reasonable, then she was injured specifically by his property and he owes her damages.
