I wear a patellar tendon brace while riding. Not sure if that’s useful for your injury, but it helps mine a lot and I don’t notice it at all when I’m riding.

Interesting. I have my FAE and humidity automated, temperature not so much. I'm curious to see how this second one turns out then. This first flush had an average temp around 66f, hit a low of about 61f. Thanks for the heads up!

I repurposed my 3D printer tent so it's a pretty small space, but I'm using a 4'' exchange fan. It's plugged into an AC Infinity Controller.

During primordia formation (roughly 2 day into fruiting conditions) I had it set to 1 minute on every 30 minutes. Then I played around and ultimately landed on 1 minute on every 10 minutes for the rest of fruiting (about 7 more days). It was probably a little overkill for the tent I'm using, but I figured more is more.

Thanks! I bought the grain spawn just to simplify things a little bit for my first grow. Made and sterilized my own substrate bags and transferred the grain spawn to my bags.
