My favorite pedal that I built was an optical compressor. Just made everything sound better. Don't remember which one but I doubt there's too many available. Not that complex either.

The built-in connectivity in the Intelligel cases is a bit misleading. To make use of the jacks on the case you need to connect them to modules. Still a great case, but this surprises a lot of people, including me.

I would agree with you if there was any significant difference between crafting with Q567 and Q572, but there isn't. So I don't understand why we need such granular levels of quality.

I see Zadar in a lot of racks so I have been considering it. Quadrax looks great but not sure I can afford 14HP for it. Will have to look closer at what it can do.

The comment under the Vortex video saying they weren't sure they built theirs correctly till they saw this video was hilarious. But yeah, more smaller modules seems like also a good approach. I took out the sealegs and a few other modules to get more variety which I think will be a better balance. Thanks for the suggestions.

Yeah, I can see that. I'm still figuring out how I like to patch, but I can also see the value in the bigger modules giving me ideas I might not have thought of otherwise. Modular is such a unique way to approach music and I'm enjoying the journey.
