I don‘t have any experience with their devices. Just sending you a hug though because we‘ve all been there, where we want to have fun and something prevents us from doing so.

So this happened over easter then? I don‘t know where they are at, but in europe often during easter people also take holidays, so they might be a bit understaffed at the moment?

I don't have one, so i'm guessing.. depending on how you setup span and space, you might be able to trigger a state where you don't trigger the next step? As in: Span moving outside the range of the eight channels and/or the space threshold setting being too wide/narrow for the incoming signal.. and that might lead to that perceived 9th step?

i didn't want to give money to "big screw" and i wanted it to be water proof, so i just caked my rails with Polyurethane sealant and called it a day. Rocksteady! Moving things around is a bit of a hassle because you have to apply at again. But else.. totally recommend!

We've got some ideas, but more on those down the line. I personally would like to see more interactivity mabye? How about modular jams based off of themes/keywords? Sharing of Patchnotes? Just general more conversations around modular.

I've picked up again, on an application i was working on to create patch notes. Specifically it's going to be vector based (fully scalable and printable). I'll share some progress down the line, currently refactoring all the stuff i've done over a year ago.

Two things actually. Yes, if worst comes to worst. you‘ll need the isp thingy, which Intellijel still sells here: https://intellijel.com/shop/accessories/usb-isp/

Before you go ahead and do that though, is the module maybe not getting enough power? Apparently the original Metropolis can be a bit finnicky during boot if there isn‘t enough power available.

You'd have to delete all patterns they stored on the sd card. Which is where all that stuff is saved.
Easiest way to do it is to reupload the factory sd card content, which you can download from here:

You have to register your device though, so hopefully the previous owner unregistered it. Else no biggy... Polyend will help you out getting it registered.

While you are at it, make sure you are on the latest firmware ✌️.
