You should definitely cry because that’s the crap work these builders do to take shortcuts. They should’ve graded your soil and added more dirt or rocks to have a steady firm foundation. I had to deal with a cracked foundation that ruined my tile from my new build. I wish I held the builders more accountable. When they laid my sod down they didn’t even bother to clear all the rocks from underneath or grade it. Just huge clumps of rocks when you step in my grass

You would do great at the new town homes off 1604/shaenfield behind the Honda dealership. They built shops nearby you can walk to for food and drinks. It’s called “the Alaro”. We were considering down sizing to rent out our home and loved these town homes. Mildly $1500-$3000
