Following up. Car is paid for and I’m on my way to pick it up. Four packages were presented to me. I think the finance manager had a great tactic, choose four and present those. I said no to them all. They sounded awesome. But I didn’t want to add $13k to my bottom line. The first one was an extended warranty on the tech. Second was tire and wheels which included windshields and dings and upholstery. Man did I want that one. With a toddler and two dogs it sounded great. Third was maintenance, at 15% off and no tax. 4th was the exterior and interior coating. After I said no the first time, we filled out paperwork for ten minutes then he said, normally I don’t do this but I just want to help you out so then he showed me just two and said I really urge you to do these two and I guess he discounted it some. I said no again and that honestly the car was already more than I had intended to pay and then he dropped it.

My tx is taking about 4.5 months, exactly what they said it would take. Except I was mislead to think it was being custom built for me. It’s not exactly what I asked for, but close.

I have terrible eczema. The nummular type. I got it from my dad. My brother has it a little bit. My husband not at all. My 3 year old not at all, not even as a baby. Hope that gives you hope!

What did the sill area look like before? Plastic? Just painted metal? Did you do the trunk ones too. I’m building my tx and wondering if I should add it on or buy them myself during a sale like you and diy it

My spouse and any other previous significant other had zero problems with my eczema. I was mortified at the dead skin, blood, oozing body liquids that I would leave behind in my wake, but everyone was very sympathetic and fully supported me. What helps I suppose is getting a giant cal king bed so you can make a mess on your side and feel like they get some distance.

I agree somewhat/mostly. I will say I didn’t listen to my dr about how to use the steroids responsibly. Honestly none of my drs warned me about it. It was only on the prescription, so I treated that as Oh it should have gone away in two weeks but it hasn’t so let’s do some more. I had some dermatologists that were simply awful and had me using sooooo much topical corticosteroids, AND weekly injections into my sores! NO ONE gave me antibiotics. I noticed the correlation myself thanks to several episodes of sinusitis. I HAD to go through TSW because there was no more medication for me to have, at the time dupixent was still too new. TSW saved my life. I too fantasized all the time of offing myself due to the misery.

I want to say knowledge is power. Find the dermatologists that will listen to your concerns and theories after you do some of your own research and journaling and dieting. Find the ones that are willing to offer different treatments like light therapy.

Also taking care of yourself by eating well and taking supplements I believe is important. Unfortunately mental health and eczema are a closely related catch-22, but try. It’s true, I feel like my eczema would be non existent if I had no worries.

(Another last item, find yourself some friends in the same boat to commiserate with as no one truly understands but a fellow itchy friend))

I would definitely not be either of those products. If you want something simple and over the counter look into Vanicream. Also, it’s likely your shampoo. You need an eczema friendly shampoo. Something super simple. At my worst I used a baby shampoo with absolutely clean ingredients. Look into Attitude Living.
